reduce 200 move rule?

I've been stuck in some tiresome matches where we are at a stalemate and my opponent won't accept a Draw.  Would it be a better experience if we reduced down to 100 moves of no pieces exchanged?

Changes like these are what we are actively looking at to improve gameplay experience.
Currently we are following the rules that are stated by the ISF. 
These rules are not always applicable to ranked matches and may need tweaking to make it work. 
We are however cautious about these changes as they require some playtesting beforehand.
