Error messages

When playing on the Ipad it costs a lot of time to log in and after a while error messages appear.
Is it not possible to play on Ipad?

Sad to hear that you have issues. 
The game should be supported on the iPad.
Are you using the browser or the app?
Also useful is to know what iPad you are using.
